Friday 22nd May, 2020

Good morning Benenson!
We’ve come to the end of another half-term. This is definitely not what I pictured when we started together in September. I hope you are all able to have some fun next week. Remember to leave the house at least once a day as it will really lift your mood. I will post a list of potential activities for you to do next week, but try and relax and work on being kind to yourself. A lot of you are now finding yourself struggling with being at home, so try and do some activities that you enjoy (and I don’t mean video games!).
I will still be available if you need anything. Send me a message through the contact form and I will give you a call as soon as I can.
Remember to take care and stay safe.

Have a lovely week everyone!
-Mrs Hartfield

Morning Work

Mental Health Awareness Week

Today we are going to focus on the key workers and make sure they know how thankful we are for them. Consider making a card, writing a letter, making a sign or even using chalk to leave a thank you note on the pavement outside. Choose a way to let key workers know just how grateful we are for their hard work during the pandemic.

Maths: choose your challenge

Word of the Week

Your challenge today is to see how many sentences you can create using the word estival.

Creative Writing with Pobble 365

Finish the story using the questions to help and guide you.
Complete the sentence challenge and mend the sick sentences.
