The aim of today's lesson is to think about and recognise what makes us happy. During these times, knowing what makes us happy is really important as we can use these if we are feeling sad or anxious.
For me I like to do puzzles, read a book or exercise to boost my mood. Everyone will have different ways or things to do to cheer themselves up.
