This is our last lesson this week focusing on our feelings. Today the focus is uncomfortable feelings which might be, for example, anger, sadness or worry. The aim of today's lesson is to help us figure out what we can do when we have uncomfortable feelings and how we can manage them.

 

Download the powerpoint and talk about it with a grown up. Once you have done this, I would like you to complete a feelings wheel which is explained on the powerpoint. 

 

Again, there is a printable feelings wheel, but if you don't have access to a printer, you can ask a grown up to draw the wheel in to your exercise book for you to complete.
