Continue your diary, this time focusing on an entry about the restrictions she faced using the prompt below.

SPAG

Look at the use of the subjunctive in poetry, by looking at ‘if ...’ statements.

In this activity, you will sort ‘if ...’ statements into a poem.
You could alternatively choose just one of the ‘if ...’ statements, and develop that into a poem on just one theme.

Maths

Learn how to draw angles up to 180 degrees using a protractor.

This includes:

  • learning summary
  • one worksheet

If you don’t have a protractor, please use Mathletics and focus on angles.

Reading

Listen or read the next part of chapter 11. There isn’t a task for today’s learning as you’ll have a longer activity tomorrow concluding this chapter.

The following items were made from different metals:

  • Bayonet
  • Shovel
  • Mess tin
  • Mug
  • Water Bottle
  • Cutlery
  • Thimble
