For our final lesson of the week, I would like you to practice writing the days of the week.
Here is what you need to do:
Step 1 – ask a grown up to write the days of the week down the side of a piece of paper.
Step 2 – using your neatest handwriting, copy each day of the week twice.
Step 3 – think back over this week and write one thing that you have done each day.
On Monday I made pancakes for breakfast. On Tuesday I went to the shops. On Wednesday I planted a plant in my garden.
Don’t forget to include capital letters at the start of your sentences and for each day of the week, finger spaces and full stops. Remember to use your phonics to help you as well but make sure to copy your grown-ups spelling of the days of the week if you are unsure of them.
