Keep Essex Active have lots of Youtube videos to keep children active and busy at home along with an example timetable of activities.

 

They also have guidance on their website for the whole family to stay active at home, including health and wellbeing ideas.

The School Games Active Championships is a national activity campaign to help young people across the UK to #StayInWorkOut using the video-based platform powered by TopYa!. New challenges will be available every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to engage with.

 

Primary and secondary-aged children can join the School Games Active Championships at any time with free active challenges being set via videos within a designated School Games version of the TopYa! Active app. All they need to do is download the app, register as a player and type in the Invite Code 23880.

A range of videos available for free on Youtube to get children learning PE skills from the National Curriculum.
Super Movers from the BBC. Lots of activities and videos designed to get children moving whilst learning maths and English skills.
10 minute Disney Shake-Ups to get children moving in conjunction with the NHS.
Joe Wicks, the Body Coach, is providing live PE classes every day from Monday for 30 minutes. Get moving and have fun!
